Chuck has been in real estate for over four decades. He started in real estate at the age of 21 in Alaska, and went to law school to specialize in real estate. He opened his own real estate closing practice after law school (Gonzaga Law in Spokane), ran an escrow office, and practiced law as a JAG in the USAF before returning to Washington State to open up his own law practice. Chuck specialized in real estate transactions, real estate contracts, resolving disputes, real estate litigation, and representing clients buying and selling their homes. After 20 years of law practice, Chuck came full circle to owning and operating his own real estate brokerage.
Over a dozen years ago, Chuck started his “Virtual Brokerage” using the latest technologies and the most advanced Internet tools to reach buyers all over the U.S., although he’s also had clients from Europe. His business model left behind the old worn out sales gimmicks of traditional bricks and mortar brokerages. It took over 10 years, but Chuck built the largest online comprehensive content-rich resources for buyers planning to move to the Sequim, Washington area. Education and Experience
